Main Purpose of the job: 

To undertake maintenance, servicing, repairs, and installations as directed in occupied and unoccupied properties, always recognizing the importance of courtesy and politeness in accordance with the UTU Group customer care philosophy.

Essentials:

  • C&G 236 Part 1 & 2
  • BS7671 Electrical Regulations 17th or 18th
  • C&G 2391 Electrical inspection and Testing

Desirable:

  • 236,2351 2330 or equivalent Fgas qualifications
  • HVAC
  • L8 Legionella
  • First Aid
  • PAT Testing
  • NVQ level in engineering
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • IPAF
  • PASMA
  • Maintenance of Fire Extinguishers
